1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Qingdao Pmixers Machinery Co., Ltd. (“PMixers“, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the https://pmixers.com/ website as well as any other media form, media channel, or mobile website related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

3. PRODUCTS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND QUOTES
PMixers specializes in manufacturing and supplying professional building material mixing machinery, including Planetary Mixers, Pan Mixers, Intensive Mixers, and related accessories.
- Informational Purposes: All product descriptions, technical specifications, capacities, images, and videos provided on the Site are for general informational purposes. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not warrant that the product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current.
- Quotes and Inquiries: Any requests submitted through our “Get a free quote” or “Contact Us” forms are non-binding. A quote provided by our sales team does not constitute a legally binding agreement until a formal Commercial Invoice (CI) or Sales Contract is signed by both parties.
- Separate Sales Contract: The warranties, payment terms, shipping terms, and performance guarantees of any PMixers machinery or equipment are governed solely by the specific written Sales Contract entered into between you and Qingdao Pmixers Machinery Co., Ltd., not by these Website Terms of Service.
4. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration or inquiry information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service; (3) you are using the Site for legitimate business purposes (B2B); (4) you will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise without our permission; and (5) your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. You agree not to:
- Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.

Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to or use of the Site shall be instituted in the competent courts located in Qingdao, China.
