Our planetary mixers are designed to give optimal mixing performance. Each component is carefully crafted and assembled to provide long-lasting concrete production functionality.

Drive Unit

The Drive unit consists of top-quality motors from big-brand and a patented gearbox. The superior built technology of the driver unit and Hydraulic Coupling (optional) regulates the consumption of energy by the mixer. The gearbox comes with a planetary motion and efficiently transfers power from motors to rotating stars giving maximum performance. Our gearbox works on low noise production making it perfect for indoor factory setups.

Drive Unit

Mixing Tools

Our planetary mixers comprise of mixing paddles, mixing paddle arms, scrapers and scraper arms to give the best mixing solution, and high-speed mixing blades (optional). The mixing arms transfer power from the motor to the mixing materials. The blades attached to the arm and mixing paddles mix the materials inside the mixer. The scrapper’s arms prevent the materials from sticking to the mixer lining and causing clogging. Based on requirements the tools can be modified or adjusted to get optimal performance.

Mixing Pan with Wear Linings

The mixing drum of the Pmixers planetary mixer is meticulously engineered with high-strength structural steel and durable wear-resistant lining plates. The circularity of the arc plates and the flatness of the bottom plates of the mixer are vital indicators of mixer quality. Our planetary mixer achieves a stringent control of the roundness and flatness error of the mixing drum, ensuring a maximum deviation of only 2-3mm for pristine discharge.

The lining plates of our planetary mixer are carefully selected to cater to the specific mixing requirements of diverse raw materials. These include high-chromium alloy cast, hardox steel, PE polymer, surfacing, stainless steel, and other suitable options, depending on the specific raw materials to be mixed.

Mixing Pan with Wear Linings

The mixing pan is the main material of the mixer where sand, cement, and other aggregates are mixed to produce final products. Our mixing pan is constructed from best-in-class steel and is coated with abrasion-resistant high chromium alloy wear lining. The planetary mixer floor could be made with special chill cast tiles, PE, wear-resistant steel plate, ceramics, stainless steel. Together, they protect the inner shell from extensive wear caused by mixing concrete inside the pan.

Hydraulic power station for mixer discharge

Our Planetary Mixer comes with hydraulic discharge unit. The gate can be either fully or partly opened. Hydraulic Power Station with twin discharge gates are also available.

Maintenance Door

Our planetary mixer is designed with large-sized maintenance doors, which facilitate easy inspection and maintenance to avoid any potential safety hazards for operators. The maintenance doors are equipped with a safety switch to ensure that the main power is automatically cut off when the door is opened.

Moisture Sensor

The moisture content for each batch may vary. The moisture content has to be measured to make sure the batch adheres to the material specifications required. Higher moisture in concrete reduces the strength . Adding a microwave moisture sensor to the concrete mixer can detect the water content in the concrete mixtures. The sensor will calculate water content as the mixture are being mixed. You can check the reading to identify if the inputs need to be modified to get the required moisture content.
